Our pieces are handcrafted by karigars who traditionally work on gold and diamond jewelry. Their expertise brings heirloom-level detailing to every Orisiya design.
Each piece is made using premium alloys, high-quality finishes, and carefully selected stones to achieve a rich, ceremonial look suitable for weddings and festive occasions.
No. Orisiya is designed as statement jewelry for special moments. Our pieces are best worn for weddings, festivals, celebrations, and occasions where jewelry carries presence and meaning.
Orisiya pieces are designed to look luxurious and well-balanced, never costume-like. We focus on proportion, finish, and detailing so each piece photographs beautifully and wears comfortably for extended celebrations.
At present, Orisiya is an online-only brand.
From time to time, we host private previews or pop-up experiences. These are announced on our website and social channels.
At the moment, we do not offer custom orders or redesign services. As a growing brand, we are focused on curating thoughtfully designed collections.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India and Canada.
India: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days
Canada: Orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak festive periods.
Yes. All orders are securely packed and insured while in transit until they are delivered to the provided address.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to reflect movement. If it continues to show no updates, please email us and we will assist you.
Please email us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory
The product must be unused and in original packaging
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
No. We currently do not offer exchanges. Approved cases are processed only as returns for damaged items.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery along with a clear unboxing video.
We will review the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.

Your payment is charged at the time of checkout.
India: Prices include applicable taxes
Canada: Customs duties or import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer
