Return & Cancellations
All Orisiya orders are carefully packed and shipped through trusted delivery partners. While we ensure secure packaging, Orisiya is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused once the package is handed over to the courier partner.
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery. Any visible tampering or damage should be reported to the delivery partner immediately.
For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian regulations.
For international orders, including Canada, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are borne by the customer. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside Orisiya’s control.
Orisiya does not offer refunds or cancellations on orders refused due to unpaid customs duties.
Orisiya creates statement jewelry crafted with care and intention. As each piece is handled delicately, we only accept returns in the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return:
The damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened must be shared
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If a piece arrives damaged and meets our return eligibility criteria, it will be processed as a return. New orders may be placed separately.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.
As many Orisiya pieces are prepared and packed with care immediately after order placement, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.
Slight variations in color, finish, or detailing are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects
Product images are for reference only and may appear different due to lighting or screen settings
Orisiya is not responsible for damages caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery
